These terms cover your use of www.rapiddespatch.co.uk. They do not cover the carriage or storage of goods. Every booking is governed by our Terms and Conditions of Carriage and Storage.
By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website.

Quotes, bookings and the contract for carriage
Nothing on this website is an offer to carry or store goods at a particular price or time. Prices, collection times and transit times on the website are a guide. A quote from us is based on the information you give us, and it is confirmed only when we accept your booking.
When we accept a booking, the contract is governed by our Terms and Conditions of Carriage and Storage. They set out, among other things, our liability for goods, the limits that apply, what you must declare, and how and when to make a claim. If anything on this website conflicts with them, the Terms and Conditions of Carriage and Storage take priority.
Please read them before you book, and ask us if you want higher cover for valuable goods.
If you are a private customer
Most of our customers are businesses, but we are happy to work for private individuals too.
If you book as a consumer, you have legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including the right to have the service carried out with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms or in our Terms and Conditions of Carriage and Storage takes away rights you have by law.
Cancelling a booking. If you book at a distance (online, by phone or by email), you normally have 14 days to cancel a service contract. You lose the right to cancel once the service has been fully performed, even if that is within the 14 days.
Once we have started work on a booking, depending on how far it has progressed, the delivery may become fully chargeable. This applies to all of our services: same-day, overnight and international. In some cases, the cost of returning a cancelled consignment may be more than the price we originally quoted.
